My fascination towards fluid dynamics started from Navier-Stokes equations, then relied heavily on computational methods to do experiments (typically one sees the world in many boxes). I visited Cambridge to learn theories applied to our physical environment. The most beautiful and unique experience was the tank experiments performed in the lab. Many of them require an extensive effort to set up the tank, clever methods to visualise the fluids, and finally clean the mess!
